How much does a Zanussi repair at home cost?

If the technician can repair your Zanussi appliance, you pay €110. No time limit: even if it takes long or a second visit is needed.
Spare parts are not included. The technician tells you in advance if a part is needed and what it costs.

Common Zanussi faults we repair
What do E10, E20 and E40 mean on a Zanussi washing machine?
E10 means too little water is coming in: the tap is closed, the hose is kinked or the filter is blocked. E20 means the water won’t drain, usually because of a blocked lint filter or pump. E40 relates to the door, E50 to the motor and EF0 to too much foam. All codes are explained on our page Zanussi washing machine repair.
Why is water left standing in my Zanussi dishwasher?
The dishwasher then usually shows i20: the water is not being pumped out. Clean the filter at the bottom of the tub and check that the drain hose is not kinked. If i20 stays on, the drain pump is faulty. Other codes: i10 for the water supply, i40 for the door and i60 for the heating. More on dishwasher repair.
What do E51, E61 and E71 mean on a Zanussi tumble dryer?
E51 or E52 points to the motor: the drum won’t turn or stops during the programme. E61 or E66 relates to the heating, so the laundry stays damp. First check the lint filter, and on a heat pump model the heat exchanger too. E71 means the temperature sensor is not giving a correct signal. More on tumble dryer repair.

No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off from their own municipality every morning. The parts they need are delivered straight to their homes. That way we are on site quickly, without long drives, and often the next working day.
