How much does a Whirlpool repair at home cost?
For a Whirlpool appliance you pay the same fixed price as for any other brand. No hourly rate, no surprises afterwards.
A technician finds the cause of the fault in your Whirlpool appliance at your home. If you don't go ahead with the repair, you only pay for the diagnosis.
If the technician can repair your Whirlpool appliance, you pay €110. No time limit: even if it takes long or a second visit is needed.
Spare parts are not included. The technician tells you in advance if a part is needed and what it costs.
Chrono surcharge for a visit in the evening, at the weekend or just a few hours after your request.
Second appliance during the same visit? The technician can check and repair it too for €80.
Maintenance as well? The technician can also clean and check your appliance thoroughly, for €50 per appliance on top of the diagnosis and repair.

What do the error codes on a Whirlpool washing machine mean?
FH points to too little water coming in. F3, F4, F21 or FP mean the water won’t drain, usually because of the filter or the pump. F08 relates to the heating, F13 or F22 to the door lock and F18 to too much foam. All codes are explained on our page Whirlpool washing machine repair.
Why is my Whirlpool dishwasher no longer cleaning properly?
The most common causes are blocked spray arms, a low salt level, a dirty filter or a heating problem. You can check the filter and the salt yourself. A technician usually finds the rest on the first visit. More on dishwasher repair.
Why is my Whirlpool tumble dryer no longer drying?
First check that the lint filter is clean, and on a heat pump model the heat exchanger too. If the laundry still stays damp, it is usually a sensor, the heating or the heat pump. More on tumble dryer repair.

Do your technicians have to travel from Vilvoorde every morning?
No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off from their own municipality every morning. The parts they need are delivered straight to their homes. That way we are on site quickly, without long drives, and often the next working day.
