How much does a Samsung repair at home cost?
For a Samsung appliance you pay the same fixed price as for any other brand. No hourly rate, no surprises afterwards.
A technician finds the cause of the fault in your Samsung appliance at your home. If you don't go ahead with the repair, you only pay for the diagnosis.
If the technician can repair your Samsung appliance, you pay €110. No time limit: even if it takes long or a second visit is needed.
Spare parts are not included. The technician tells you in advance if a part is needed and what it costs.
Chrono surcharge for a visit in the evening, at the weekend or just a few hours after your request.
Second appliance during the same visit? The technician can check and repair it too for €80.
Maintenance as well? The technician can also clean and check your appliance thoroughly, for €50 per appliance on top of the diagnosis and repair.

What do 4E, 5E and UE mean on a Samsung washing machine?
4E points to a water supply problem: the tap is closed, the hose is kinked or the small inlet filter is blocked. 5E means the water won’t drain, usually because of a blocked filter or drain pump. Why won’t my Samsung dishwasher drain?
If water stays in the bottom, first clean the filter at the bottom of the tub and check that the drain hose is not kinked. If that doesn’t help, the drain pump is usually the cause. That is a repair for a technician. More on dishwasher repair.
Why is my Samsung tumble dryer no longer drying?
A full lint filter or, on a heat pump dryer, a dirty heat exchanger is the first suspect. If it is clean and the laundry stays damp, the technician checks the sensors, the heating or the heat pump. More on tumble dryer repair.

A technician paid by the hour has every reason to stay long. With us, the price is fixed in advance, so our technician has every reason to get it right first time. If the repair takes longer, your invoice does not change.

Do your technicians have to travel from Vilvoorde every morning?
No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off from their own municipality every morning. The parts they need are delivered straight to their homes. That way we are on site quickly, without long drives, and often the next working day.
