We are an independent repair service for ATAG. The diagnosis at your home costs €69. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, that is all you pay. If you choose the repair, the total is at most €179, however long the technician needs.

How much does an ATAG repair at home cost?
For an ATAG appliance you pay the same fixed price as for any other brand. No hourly rate, no surprises afterwards.
A technician finds the cause of the fault in your ATAG appliance at your home. If you don't go ahead with the repair, you only pay for the diagnosis.
If the technician can repair your ATAG appliance, you pay €110. No time limit: even if it takes long or a second visit is needed.
Spare parts are not included. The technician tells you in advance if a part is needed and what it costs.
Chrono surcharge for a visit in the evening, at the weekend or just a few hours after your request.
Second appliance during the same visit? The technician can check and repair it too for €80.
Maintenance as well? The technician can also clean and check your appliance thoroughly, for €50 per appliance on top of the diagnosis and repair.

Common ATAG faults we repair
Why won’t my ATAG washing machine drain?
Usually the lint filter is full or the drain hose is kinked. Unplug the machine, clean the filter at the bottom front and check the hose. If water stays in the drum, the drain pump is probably faulty. That is a repair for a technician. More on our page ATAG washing machine repair.
Why is my ATAG dishwasher leaking?
First check that the door seal is not damaged or dirty and that the dishwasher is level. If the water comes from under the appliance, the leak is usually at an internal hose or the pump. On a fully integrated model, the technician has to take the appliance out of its cabinet for this. More on dishwasher repair.
Why is my ATAG tumble dryer no longer drying?
First clean the lint filter, and on a heat pump model the heat exchanger too. If the laundry still stays damp, it is usually a sensor, the heating or the heat pump. More on tumble dryer repair.

What if a part has to be ordered?
For common repairs, one visit is often enough. If a specific part is needed, we order it and the technician comes back without you paying for a second visit. The part itself is charged separately, and the technician tells you its price in advance.

A technician paid by the hour has every reason to stay long. With us, the price is fixed in advance, so our technician has every reason to get it right first time. If the repair takes longer, your invoice does not change.

Our ATAG repair service comes to your home in Antwerp, the Brussels-Capital Region, East Flanders, West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Limburg, Liège, Namur, Hainaut and Walloon Brabant. All municipalities are listed on our page where we operate.
Do your technicians have to travel from Vilvoorde every morning?
No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off from their own municipality every morning. The parts they need are delivered straight to their homes. That way we are on site quickly, without long drives, and often the next working day.
