Siemens repair service at home
Siemens dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer or oven broken? A technician comes to your home, anywhere in Belgium, often as soon as the next working day.
Siemens builds its appliances in a modular way. The iQ range is the best example: spare parts stay well available and a faulty component can usually be replaced on its own. If the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new appliance, repairing is almost always worth it.
We are an independent repair service for Siemens. The diagnosis at home costs €69. If you decide not to have the repair done, that is all you pay. If you go ahead, the total never exceeds €179, however long the technician needs.
Which Siemens appliance needs repairing?
We also repair Siemens fridges, freezers and coffee machines at home, including appliances with a heat pump, iDos and wifi through Home Connect. Not sure your appliance is covered? Contact us and we will tell you straight away.
How much does a Siemens repair at home cost?
The same fixed rates for every Siemens appliance. No hourly rate and no surprises.
A technician establishes the cause of the fault at your home. If you then decide against the repair, this €69 is all you pay.
If the technician can repair it, you pay €110. No time limit, and even a second visit is included.
You never pay more than €179 for the repair itself. Parts are charged separately and the technician tells you that price in advance.
Need it urgently? With Chrono you choose the next available morning or afternoon, or a visit in the evening or at the weekend. That costs €50 extra, so €229 maximum.
Another broken appliance in the house? We repair it during the same visit for €80 extra.
Parts are not included. We do not repair appliances that are still under manufacturer warranty, please contact Siemens directly for those.
Looking for Siemens’ own customer service?
To be clear: Repairdoctors is not Siemens, and not an official Siemens service partner either. We are an independent repair service. If you are looking for Siemens customer service, technical service or website, you are in the wrong place and we would rather tell you now.
Contact Siemens if your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, if you have a complaint about a newly delivered appliance, or if you are looking for a manual or an official part. Siemens in Belgium can be reached through its own website and customer service.
Call us if the warranty has expired, if you do not want to wait weeks for an appointment, or if you want to know the price up front. Those are the three reasons people end up with us.
We have no access to your warranty file at Siemens and cannot carry out official warranty repairs. What we can do: be at your home within a few working days, with the common Siemens parts in the van.
Common Siemens faults we repair
Siemens dishwasher
The best known is E15, the leak code. There is water in the drip tray at the bottom of the appliance and the AquaStop has been triggered. E22 points to a blocked filter, E24 to water that cannot be pumped away, and E19 to the heat pump or the heating system. The full explanation code by code is on our page Siemens dishwasher repair.
Siemens washing machine
Water left standing almost always comes from a blocked lint filter or a kinked drain hose. If the door stays locked, there is still water in the tub or the door lock has failed. If the water no longer heats up, the heating element has given in to limescale.
Siemens tumble dryer
A dryer that no longer dries usually has a clogged heat exchanger or plinth filter. If it stops mid-cycle, it is the temperature sensor or the thermostat. If the reservoir keeps filling up just after you emptied it, there is a blockage in the drain circuit.
Siemens oven and hob
On ovens the heating element or the thermostat is the usual suspect, sometimes the fan. On induction hobs a single zone often fails while the rest keeps working, which points to the power module.
Our technicians for Siemens appliances

Our technicians work on domestic appliances every day and see Siemens machines constantly. They know the brand error codes and which parts tend to give out first on a Siemens. All iQ ranges are covered, from iQ100 to iQ700, including appliances with a heat pump, iDos and wifi through Home Connect.
The common Siemens parts in the van
The drain pump, the circulation pump, the door lock, the heating element and the door seal. For those repairs a single visit is often enough. If a specific part is needed, we order it and the technician comes back without you paying for a second visit. We fit original or equivalent quality parts, and the technician tells you in advance which part is needed and what it costs.
Fixed price, even when it takes longer
A technician paid by the hour has an interest in staying long. With us the price is fixed up front, so our technician has an interest in getting it right first time. If the repair runs over, your invoice does not change.
Where does our Siemens repair service operate?
Our Siemens repair service comes to your home in Antwerp, the Brussels-Capital Region, Hainaut, Limburg, Liège, Namur, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Walloon Brabant and West Flanders.
Do your technicians have to set off from Vilvoorde every morning?
No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off every morning from their own municipality. The parts they need are delivered directly to their homes. That means we are on site quickly, without long drives and often as soon as the next working day.

No. We are an independent repair service and do not work on behalf of Siemens. In practice that means shorter waiting times and a fixed price you know in advance. If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, we refer you to Siemens.
No. In that case contact Siemens or the shop where you bought the appliance. A repair by us could void that warranty, and that is not in your interest.

E15 is the AquaStop code and appears on several Siemens appliances. There is water in the drip tray at the bottom of the appliance and the leak protection has been triggered. Switch the appliance off and unplug it. Tilt it slightly backwards so the water can flow back into the tray and let it dry for 24 hours. If E15 returns after that, a component is damaged and a technician needs to step in.
Usually yes. The iQ range is modular and spare parts stay well available, so a single faulty component can be replaced. If the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new appliance, repairing is almost always worth it. The technician will tell you honestly what he would do.
Often as soon as the next working day. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off from their own municipality, so no half day is lost to driving. When booking you can see straight away which slots are free.
We give a 3-month guarantee on every repair carried out. If the same fault occurs again within that period, we come back at no extra cost.
Where we can, yes. For some common parts there is an equivalent of the same quality that is available faster or costs less. The technician tells you in advance which part is needed and what it costs, so you can choose.
Make the appliance accessible and leave room to pull it forward. If you have the model number and the error code to hand, the diagnosis will be quicker. The model number is on a sticker in the door opening or on the back of the appliance.
Using the button on this page you choose a day and a time slot yourself. You can also call 02 615 45 20. Let us know which Siemens appliance it is, with the model number and any error code.
