We are an independent repair service for AEG. The diagnosis at home costs €69. If you decide not to have the repair done, that is all you pay. If you go ahead, the total never exceeds €179, however long the technician needs.

How much does an AEG repair at home cost?

If the technician can repair it, you pay €110. No time limit, and even a second visit is included.
You never pay more than €179 for the repair itself. Parts are charged separately and the technician tells you that price in advance.
Need it urgently? With Chrono you choose the next available morning or afternoon, or a visit in the evening or at the weekend. That costs €50 extra, so €229 maximum.
Another broken appliance in the house? We repair it during the same visit for €80 extra.

AEG washing machine

AEG dishwasher
Dishes that no longer come out clean usually point to a blocked spray arm or filter. Water left standing points to the drain pump. Codes i30 and i20 cover leak protection and drainage, and are the two we hear about most.
AEG tumble dryer
A dryer that no longer dries almost always has a clogged heat exchanger or plinth filter. If it stops mid-cycle, it is the temperature sensor or the thermostat. If the reservoir keeps filling up just after you emptied it, there is a blockage in the drain circuit.
AEG oven and hob
On ovens the heating element or the thermostat is the usual suspect, sometimes the fan. On induction hobs a single zone often fails while the rest keeps working, which points to the power module.
