We repair household appliances in people’s homes across Flanders, Brussels and a large part of Wallonia. Our goal is simple: repair more appliances instead of throwing them away. If you would like to help with that, let us know.
Who are we?
We are a team of motivated people who all want the same thing: to repair more household appliances. Repairing extends the life of an appliance and saves waste.
We do that together, each in our own role:
- the technicians who carry out repairs in customers’ homes;
- the video technicians who help customers remotely from the office;
- the colleagues who answer the phone and plan the coming days.

Where do our technicians work?
Our technicians work in Antwerp, the Brussels-Capital Region, East Flanders, West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Limburg, Liège, Namur, Hainaut and Walloon Brabant.
Do your technicians have to travel from Vilvoorde every morning?
No. Our technicians live all over Belgium and set off every morning from their own municipality. The parts they need are delivered straight to their homes. That way we get to you quickly, without long drives and often as soon as the next working day.
